Draft Date: 19 October 2026

They cover physical products, digital downloads, recurring subscriptions, event tickets and other products or services offered for sale.

Unless otherwise stated before purchase, contracts for products sold directly through the Website are entered into with Amaryllise Group Ltd.

2. Scope and Application

These Sales Terms govern purchases made directly through our Website.

They should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

Where product-specific conditions conflict with these Sales Terms, the terms specifically disclosed and agreed before purchase will apply to the extent lawful.

Nothing in these Sales Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.

3. Product Information

We will provide material information about products and services before purchase, including their main characteristics, prices and applicable restrictions.

Products may include physical publications, merchandise, digital publications, downloadable creative works, subscriptions and event admissions.

Product descriptions and any disclosed specifications form part of the information on which customers may rely.

Where products are limited editions, numbered editions or pre-orders, relevant conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Customers may place orders using the checkout process provided on the Website.

Before submitting an order, customers will have an opportunity to review and correct their details.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated acknowledgement confirming receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, a contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when digital access is expressly confirmed.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify the customer and refund any payment taken for that order without undue delay.

We may decline orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability or obvious pricing errors, provided we comply with applicable law.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices will be displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, booking fees and other mandatory charges will be disclosed before the customer places an order.

Customers will be informed of the total amount payable before confirming payment.

Payment must be made through an accepted payment method.

Any optional additional charges require the customer’s express consent.

We will not add undisclosed charges after a purchase has been completed.

6. Physical Products and Delivery

Physical products may include magazines, books, merchandise, accessories and other tangible goods.

Delivery destinations, available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery periods will be displayed before purchase.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

If delivery is delayed, we will communicate with affected customers and comply with their applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Risk of accidental loss or damage normally remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Customers should contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect.

7. Physical Goods: Cancellation and Returns

For most eligible online purchases of physical goods, consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Where applicable, the customer must inform us of their decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Following cancellation, goods must normally be returned within 14 days after the customer communicates the cancellation.

Customers may be responsible for direct return postage costs where this has been clearly communicated before purchase.

Where legally permitted, a deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We will provide refunds within the applicable statutory timescales, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required.

Exceptions to cancellation rights may apply to certain products, including qualifying personalised goods and sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Exceptions will be clearly identified where applicable.

Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

8. Digital Downloads and Digital Content

Digital products may include electronic magazines, downloadable publications, audio, video, artwork and other digital materials.

The applicable product page will identify the format, main functionality and relevant compatibility requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing digital content grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for lawful personal purposes.

Customers do not acquire ownership of underlying copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

Digital content must not be unlawfully copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded to unauthorised platforms or commercially exploited.

Where a customer requests immediate supply of digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by law before supply begins.

Where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied and digital supply has begun, the statutory right to cancel may be lost.

Where those requirements have not been satisfied, the customer retains the cancellation rights provided by law.

Nothing in this clause affects statutory remedies for faulty digital content.

9. Recurring Subscriptions

Subscriptions may provide ongoing access to digital publications, member-only content, recurring deliveries or other benefits described in the relevant subscription plan.

Before subscribing, customers will be informed of:

  • the subscription price;

  • the billing frequency;

  • the services or products included;

  • any introductory or promotional pricing;

  • the applicable renewal arrangements;

  • any minimum contractual commitment;

  • how to cancel; and

  • when cancellation takes effect.

Where expressly agreed, subscription payments may be collected automatically at the stated intervals.

Customers will be provided with an accessible cancellation method and will not be required to use unnecessarily burdensome procedures to end an eligible subscription.

Unless a fixed commitment or other lawful arrangement has been clearly agreed, cancellation will stop future renewals and associated future charges.

Access following cancellation will continue until the end of the paid period unless the applicable terms, statutory cancellation rights or refund arrangements provide otherwise.

We will provide notices, reminders, cooling-off rights and cancellation facilities required by legislation in force at the relevant time.

Changes to subscription prices or material benefits will be communicated in advance where required. Customers will retain any applicable right to reject changes or cancel.

10. Event Tickets and Admission

Event tickets may be sold for fashion shows, magazine launches, music performances, workshops, community activities and other events.

Event-specific information will be disclosed before purchase, including the date, location, admission arrangements, ticket price and material restrictions.

Tickets for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period are generally excluded from the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not remove rights arising where an event is cancelled, materially changed or otherwise not supplied in accordance with the contract.

Where an event is cancelled by us, customers will be entitled to applicable contractual or statutory remedies, including a refund where legally required.

Where an event is postponed or materially changed, we will communicate the available options and honour applicable consumer rights.

Admission may be refused where reasonably necessary for safety, security or lawful venue requirements.

Any age restrictions, accessibility arrangements, entry conditions, transfer restrictions or other material conditions will be communicated before purchase.

11. Pre-Orders and Limited Editions

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders, limited editions or numbered releases.

The product page will clearly identify any pre-order status, anticipated availability date, material limitations and relevant fulfilment conditions.

Estimated release dates may change where legitimate circumstances require, but we will communicate material delays and respect applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Limited-edition status does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.

A product’s rarity, numbering or collectible status does not exclude consumer protection legislation.

12. Promotions and Discounts

We may offer promotional codes, discounts, special releases or limited-time offers.

The relevant eligibility criteria, duration and restrictions will be disclosed when the promotion is offered.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to prevent fraudulent or abusive use of promotional offers.

Nothing in this clause permits misleading pricing or retrospective changes to an agreed purchase price.

13. Refunds and Statutory Rights

Refunds and other remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the relevant contract.

Consumers may have rights to refunds, repairs, replacements, repeat performance or price reductions where products, digital content or services do not meet legally required standards.

Any separate Refunds and Returns Policy must be consistent with these Sales Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in these Sales Terms removes statutory rights.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in products, publications, digital content, branding, artwork, music and associated materials remain with their respective rights holders unless expressly transferred in writing.

Purchasing physical or digital products does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit protected material beyond applicable legal permissions or expressly granted licences.

15. Liability

We remain responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in these Sales Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are caused solely by circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.

Any additional limitations applicable to business-to-business transactions must be separately agreed and legally enforceable.

16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect our ability to fulfil an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and notify affected customers.

Such circumstances may include serious transport disruption, natural disasters, widespread infrastructure failures or legal restrictions.

We will comply with applicable obligations concerning delivery, cancellation, refunds and other consumer remedies.

17. Complaints and Customer Support

Customers may contact us concerning orders, subscriptions, delivery issues, digital access, event tickets or complaints.

Email: privacy@amaryllise.com

We will endeavour to acknowledge and resolve complaints within a reasonable period.

This does not restrict customers from pursuing statutory remedies or contacting appropriate consumer protection authorities.

18. Changes to Sales Terms

We may revise these Sales Terms for future transactions.

The version applicable to an individual order will generally be the version made available when that order was placed.

Changes to ongoing subscription contracts will be governed by the agreed contractual provisions and applicable consumer protection laws.

We will not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers retain mandatory legal protections and jurisdictional rights available under applicable law, including relevant rights of consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Business-to-business disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

20. Severability

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed to the extent necessary without automatically invalidating the remaining provisions.
